Dharam Puthran,CMA Principal Officer

Bringing with him global best practises to strengthen various regulatory aspects of Instapolicy, Dharam puts his two decades worth of experience into business governance and implementing policies in accordance with the IRDAI regulations. As a Principal Officer, he is also responsible for managing day to day relationships with the IRDAI, including filing of returns, implementing strategies, policies so as to achieve the company’s mission, vision, objectives and core values at National level. Dharam is a CMA and an Associate member of the Insurance Institute of India.

Sachin possesses total work experience of 15 years predominantly within financial services industry. He is M-Tech from IIT Kharagur and Key Business Partner for the entire gamut of HR. At Instapolicy, he heads the HR department and is striving towards strengthening human capital policies & practices analogous to global standard to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
